Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Course Sales: Successfully sell two course-based products from our collaboration companies within one week.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the courses to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote and sell the courses.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to the management team.
HR Responsibilities (Upon Promotion):
- Interviews and Recruitment:
- Conduct interviews with prospective interns and candidates.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Motivation and Engagement:
- Motivate and encourage interns to join Anifoards Group’s training programs and internships.
- Promote the value of the training programs and internships to new and existing interns.
- Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Facilitate the integration of new interns into the company culture and operations.
- Interviews and Recruitment:
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
