Successful candidates will begin by selling course-based products from our collaboration companies and, upon meeting sales targets, will be promoted to HR positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Responsibilities:

    • Course Sales: Successfully sell two course-based products from our collaboration companies within one week.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the courses to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
    • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote and sell the courses.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to the management team.
  2. HR Responsibilities (Upon Promotion):

    • Interviews and Recruitment:
      • Conduct interviews with prospective interns and candidates.
      • Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Motivation and Engagement:
      • Motivate and encourage interns to join Anifoards Group’s training programs and internships.
      • Promote the value of the training programs and internships to new and existing interns.
    • Onboarding:
      • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
      • Facilitate the integration of new interns into the company culture and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
